Third, the construction drawing design stage

Manage goals

Through the process control of construction drawing design, the design unit is prompted to submit design documents that conform to the contract quantity and quality according to the time stipulated in the contract, meet the specification requirements, and can guide the construction. (a) Organization of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, environmental and energy conservation, cost, legal expert consultants to participate in the management of the Design Management Department.

(b) Organizational Design Management personnel learn and understand the design contract, identify the key points and difficulties in the execution of the contract, conduct risk analysis of the contract, propose a plan to prevent risks, and report it to the employer.

(c) Review the design schedule of the design unit, make adjustments to the overall project progress network, and submit it to the employer for approval and implementation.

(d) In accordance with the rules for the management of construction drawings, the division of functions, staffing arrangements, and job responsibilities of the department’s institutions are clearly defined.

(e) Collection of information required for the design of construction drawings: preliminary design documents and approvals, planning and design conditions, land planning permits, engineering construction planning permits, fire protection, civil defense, transportation, garden approval opinions, municipal, hydropower, gas, heat, communication design agreements and conditions, detailed survey reports and demonstration opinions of major equipment orders, hydrological and engineering geology, project life and load value demonstration opinions, seismic intensity demonstration opinions, planning red lines, coordinates, etc.

(f) Chair a design phase management meeting where the employer clearly defines the scope and responsibilities of the design management department, which proposes management content, methods, and requirements to the design unit.

(g) During the follow-up inspection process, complete the designed tracking management form, make detailed records of the findings, treatment plans, rectification results, and report them to the employer for the record.

(h) The implementation of limit design requires that professional designs do not break through the unit engineering estimates. If there are changes in the design of each profession, they should fill out the initial design change form, list the basis and reasons for the change, and report the increase or decrease of investment after the change to the employer for approval and implementation. Where there are major changes to expand the scale, raise the standard, change the function and add new items, the Design management department shall submit them to the employer for approval and submit them to the investment department for approval.

(i) The Design Management Department holds a weekly design coordination meeting with the participation of the employer, the design unit, checks the design progress, coordinates the resolution of existing problems, and submits the monthly work report to the employer.

(j) After the completion of the drawing design, organize the employer, the design unit, and the relevant collaborative unit to inspect and accept the construction drawing design.

(k) To assist employers to entrust qualified regulatory bodies to review the design of construction drawings and obtain a visa for the examination of construction drawing designs.

(l) In the work of the Design Management Department, we should take the initiative to communicate with the employer, timely transfer of design information, so that the employer grasps the design dynamics, the requirements, and opinions of the employer should communicate with the design unit in a timely manner, research, and implementation. We should fully consult with the employer, reach an agreement, to ensure that the design unit caliber is consistent, conducive to the smooth progress of project management.

(m) Coordination with the competent departments of fire protection, civil defense, transportation, environmental protection, municipalities, and so on in the process of construction drawing design should be actively communicated, reported in a timely manner, and the opinions and requirements of the competent departments on the design should be carefully listened to, which is conducive to the approval of the construction drawing design by the competent departments.
